We currently ship using UPS Ground service to the continental United States.  Please contact us [link to “Contact Us” page] for rates and timing if you require special shipping arrangements utilizing another service.

Shipping Policies

Shipping charges are calculated by size, weight, and delivery location for each package.

We ship gifts to P.O. Boxes, APO and FPO Boxes, and foreign addresses on a case-by-case basis so please contact us for rates and timing.  Unfortunately there are parts of this world that we are not able to reach with White Mountain Kettle Corn.  Can you imagine?

Shipping Rates

Shipping Rates vary by which product and case configuration you use due to differences in size and weight.  The shipping rate will be shown prior to checkout.

Shipping Company and Services

Our orders are shipped through UPS Ground Service unless other arrangements are made with us and confirmed by us via email.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt of the payment and generally on the same day for orders placed before 2:00.  For all special orders or large quantity orders, please contact us for rates and timing.  We will contact you if product availability will impact the processing time for your order.

Time In Transit??

The transit time is dictated by United Parcel Service and will vary by region.  You can calculate the estimated delivery date at  UPS Ground does not pick up or deliver packages on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.  PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DATE YOU ENTER WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER IS THE DATE YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR PRODUCT TO BE SHIPPED.

Holiday Orders

You should allow 1-2 business days for delivery in New England, 3-5 business days for delivery to the rest of the East Coast, and 5-8 business days for delivery to the West Coast during high volume times of the year.  Again, estimated delivery times can be calculated at  UPS will post on their website the last day to ship products for guaranteed delivery before Christmas.  There will be no refunds on late deliveries for orders shipped by the requested shipping date.


When placing an order, please confirm that you are ordering the product you intended prior to submitting your order.  If you do have a problem with your order, please contact us by calling 603-428-7676 or by emailing us at Please contact us immediately and do NOT dispose of packaging or its contents if the wrong product is shipped or if product is damaged upon receipt.  All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order to be eligible for refund or replacement.  Determination whether to refund product cost or replace product will be made by us in our sole discretion and/or as required by UPS.  Depending on the situation, you may be asked to email photos of the damaged packaging or be given a Return Authorization Claim Number (RA Number) and given instructions for the return of product.  We will replace the product or refund product cost, at our sole discretion.  Product/packaging not available for our inspection will not be eligible for replacement or refund.  If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will attempt to contact the customer for the corrected shipping address using information provided with the order.  Gifts returned to us with an incorrect address will be charged an additional handling fee of $10.00, which will be charged to the customer, to redirect the package to the corrected address.???
